Records Manager, Margaret Anderson, was impressed by Laserfiche’s scalability, ability to integrate with existing applications and it’s capability to manage retention of electronic documents.  While Caren Skipworth, CIO, saw it’s enterprise wide capabilities well suited for standardizing the management of the County’s information.

This year at the Laserfiche Institute Conference, Caren Skipworth spoke about Collin County’s use of Laserfiche and discussed the Three Laws of Agile ECM.
